Information we receive

Social Analytics processes information from the social accounts that you choose to authorize. For TikTok, this can include the profile information, profile statistics, and public-video information available through the permissions you approve. For Meta connections, this can include the Facebook-authorized user identifier needed to maintain the authorization, Facebook Page information, the associated Instagram Professional Account information, account profile metadata, and media metadata.

When the relevant permissions are granted and the platform returns the information, Social Analytics may store account and media metrics such as follower count, following count, likes, media count, views or plays, comments, shares, saves, and other available insights. Fields that a platform does not provide or authorize are kept unavailable rather than being created as data.

How we use information

We use authorized information only to connect the accounts you select, show connection details in your dashboard, and provide the social-media analytics and synchronization features you request. We do not publish content, access unrelated accounts, or take actions on your behalf.

Storage and security

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens, where a platform provides them, are encrypted before storage. We also store the connection metadata, authorized account identifiers, and the analytics snapshots needed for the dashboard. Access to these records is limited to operating the service and maintaining your authorized connections.

Sharing

We do not sell authorized account information. We share information only when needed to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or protect the security and integrity of Social Analytics and its users.

Your choices and deletion requests

You may revoke authorization through the relevant platform. You may also request deletion of Meta-related data stored by Social Analytics by contacting us. See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process and scope.
