Who handles deletion requests

Deletion requests are handled by 海口龙华佳菏豪百货店（个人独资）, the operator of Social Analytics Hub. English reference: Haikou Longhua Jiahehao Department Store (Sole Proprietorship).

Revoke authorization

You may revoke Social Analytics' access to your Facebook or Instagram account through the relevant Meta authorization or account settings. Revoking authorization stops future access but does not by itself remove records already stored by Social Analytics.

Request deletion

To request deletion of data associated with a Meta authorization, email yot82336@gmail.com with the subject “Social Analytics Data Deletion Request”. Please include the Facebook Page or Instagram Professional Account name you connected so we can identify the relevant connection without asking you to send an access token.

Deletion scope

After verifying a valid request, Social Analytics will process deletion of the related Meta OAuth connection, encrypted access tokens, saved Facebook and Instagram connection metadata, connected profile, Page, and Instagram account identifiers, and imported or synchronized analytics and metric records associated with that connection. We will handle valid requests in accordance with applicable law and service-operational requirements.
